PRIVACY POLICY AND COOKIES

This UNIFYD WORLD’S UNIFYD SOCIAL AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into by and between UNIFYD WORLD’s unincorporated, Private 508 (c)(1)(a) Faith Based Organization, Church/Temple, Private Membership and Ministerial Association (hereby known as “UNIFYD WORLD”) UNIFYD SOCIAL and You, the Member (hereby known as “Member”).

WHEREAS, You must accept this Agreement in full, by completing the application on the UNIFYD SOCIAL’s My Feeding Platform(s) in order to access said platform(s)’s content; and

WHEREAS, You may not use this or any service related to UNIFYD WORLD or its services if you do not accept the terms of this Agreement;

WHEREAS, the Member(s), must accept this Agreement in full, by completing the application process on the UNIFYD SOCIAL’s site(s,) in order to gain access to the platform(s); and

WHERAS, the following definitions are used throughout the Agreement;

DEFINITIONS. The following capitalized terms will have the meanings ascribed to them below.

A. “Member” means the person(s) or entity(ies) who joins UNIFYD SOCIAL via the streaming site(s,) media Platform(s) with free content, and who from here on shall be a UNIFYD WORLD and UNIFYD SOCIAL’s Private Member and congregant after consenting to Membership via these Terms & Conditions.
B. “Free Membership” means that UNIFYD SOCIAL does not require a donation or fee provided by the Member to UNIFYD SOCIAL to keep the Member(s)’s access to UNIFYD SOCIAL and all its Social Media platform(s).
C. “UNIFYD SOCIAL” means UNIFYD SOCIAL, a project of UNIFYD WORLD for advancement of spirituality which utilizes different social media platform(s) and website(s) with free educational content.
D. “UNIFYD WORLD” means UNIFYD WORLD, an unincorporated, Private 508 (c)(1)(a) Faith Based Organization, Church/Temple, Private Membership and Ministerial Association.

By joining UNIFYD SOCIAL platform(s), as well as any website or social media group started by, created by, maintained, and/or organized by UNIFYD WORLD, as well as any Project of UNIFYD WORLD, for good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties hereto agree to the Terms & Conditions of UNIFYD WORLD’s UNIFYD SOCIAL Agreement;

NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties hereto agree as follows:

AGREEMENT

1. THE SERVICE

1.1. UNIFYD SOCIAL, its website(s) and streaming media platform(s) may provide free content with product reviews, services, links to services and content sites, instruction, counseling, coaching, tools and other spiritual advancement and physical/spiritual health related subjects and information, such as graphics, images, text, video or other materials and content provided to you for educational purposes only, on a free of charge basis Membership.
1.2. Link Placement. The Member(s) is/are allowed to place links to UNIFYD SOCIAL free streaming media platform(s) and content on website(s), in newsgroups, on message boards, or within electronic mail to invite new Members to join UNIFYD SOCIAL’s platform(s). The Member(s) may not place Links on website(s), in newsgroups, on message boards, in unsolicited emails or in any other location that may be injurious to the UNIFYD SOCIAL and UNIFYD WORLD’s. The Member(s) may not share links to content that is not on UNIFYD SOCIAL free platform, such as content from the UNIFYD TV’s Private Monthly Membership program, which may pertain to Private and Proprietary Content as that would constitute a breach in confidentiality and intellectual property. The Member(s) also may not place links that intentionally or unintentionally mislead Members or Non-Members.
1.3. The Member(s) may not place Referral Links on websites, in newsgroups, on message boards, in unsolicited emails or in any other location that may be injurious to the UNIFYD SOCIAL and UNIFYD WORLD’s brand. The Member(s) also may not place links that intentionally or unintentionally mislead any existing or new Member.
1.4. Amendment of Service. UNIFYD SOCIAL and UNIFYD WORLD reserve the right to modify, change or terminate UNIFYD SOCIAL’s service or content at any time. The Member will be notified of any such change via email or by announcement of such on the UNIFYD SOCIAL website(s) and platform(s). If the Member(s) does not agree to the changes, the Member(s) must remove and cease using any links referring to UNIFYD SOCIAL’s Platform(s) and Website(s) in conjunction with this Agreement.
1.5. Amendment of Terms & Conditions of Service. UNIFYD SOCIAL and UNIFYD WORLD reserves the right to modify, enforce, change or terminate UNIFYD SOCIAL’s Terms & Conditions of Service at any time. The Member(s) will be notified of any such change via email or by announcement of such on the UNIFYD SOCIAL Platform(s) and Website(s). If the Member(s) does not agree to the changes, the Member(s) must remove and cease using any links referring to UNIFYD SOCIAL’s platform(s) and website(s) in conjunction with this Agreement.

2. OBLIGATIONS OF THE MEMBER(S.)

2.1 The Member(s) are solely responsible for the content where links to UNIFYD SOCIAL or its free content are placed and shall conform to all applicable laws and regulations at all times including Private content and intellectual property. Moreover, the Member(s) shall not hold UNIFYD SOCIAL or UNIFYD WORLD liable for said content or website(s) used for said placement.
2.2 By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, the Member(s) agrees, and consents to join UNIFYD WORLD, an Unincorporated, Private 508 (c)(1)(a) Faith Based Organization, Church/Temple, Private Membership and Ministerial Association under common and ecclesiastic law, whose Members/congregants seek to help each other achieve better health and good quality of life.
2.3 The Member(s) must be either an individual at least 18 years of age or older or an established and vetted organization.
2.4 The Member(s) warrants that the information provided is accurate and true when agreeing to join the UNIFYD SOCIAL and UNIFYD WORLD.
2.5 By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, all Member(s) of the UNIFYD SOCIAL and UNIFYD WORLD’s “UNIFYD SOCIAL Membership Agreement,” voluntarily agree to change their capacity from that of a public Domain individual to that of a Private individual within Private Ecclesiastic Jurisdiction.
2.6 The Member(s) may not generate or contribute to the generation of Artificial Traffic.
2.7 All subordinate organization(s,) entity(ies) and/or individual(s) (Members, Ministers, Ambassadors, Chapels, Health Missions, Health Centers, Scientific and spiritual Counseling and Research Centers, State Organizations, Chapters, others) accepted under UNIFYD WORLD,, shall be subject to governance by the UNIFYD WORLD’s Board of Trustees through the Articles of Association, Bylaws, and Code of Ethics and must sign this consent and Terms & Conditions acceptance sheet to be kept on file Privately with the UNIFYD SOCIAL and UNIFYD WORLD’s archive and office to the effect that the Member(s) will operate according to the Private Bylaws and governing documents of UNIFYD WORLD.
2.8 By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, the Member(s) consents and understand that, since The Association is protected by the 1st, 4th, 5th, 6th, 9th and 14th Amendments to the U.S. Constitution, it is outside the Jurisdiction and authority of Federal and State Agencies and Authorities concerning any and all complaints or grievances against UNIFYD WORLD’s Members, leaders, congregants or other staff persons. All rights of complaints or grievances will be settled by an Association Designee, Committee, or Tribunal and will be waived by the Member(s) for the benefit of The Association and its Members. By agreeing to this Membership form I agree that I have sought sufficient education to determine that this is the course of action I want to take for myself.
2.9 UNIFYD SOCIAL and/or UNIFYD WORLD’s Member(s) are required to abide by the Code of Ethics outlined by UNIFYD WORLD’s Code of conduct and ethics. Failure to do so forfeits Membership, chartering and/or affiliation, through the UNIFYD SOCIAL and/or UNIFYD WORLD and it may incur in Private administrative remedy(ies), fines, liability and prosecution for guests and visitors who may be tracked via IP address or metadata with said Private administrative remedy amount being at the discretion of the Board of Trustees but shall not be less than Five Million USD ($5,000,000.00) per Injury. Lack of awareness or misunderstanding of an Ethical standard is not in or by itself a defense to any charges of Unethical conduct.
2.10 Any organization or individual failing to abide by the UNIFYD WORLD’s Articles of Association Bylaws forfeits its charter, affiliation, membership and association with UNIFYD WORLD and/or its status as Member(s.)
2.11 By agreeing and consenting to these Terms & Conditions, I, as a Member(s) of UNIFYD SOCIAL and UNIFYD WORLD affirm and attest that I agree to the condition that any and all disputes against UNIFYD SOCIAL, UNIFYD WORLD and/or all its parts, authorized representatives and joint ventures, must be brought to attention and addressed to the Arbitration panel of the UNIFYD WORLD’s Private Ecclesiastic Committee and Board of Trustees in order to seek resolution to said dispute(s). UNIFYD WORLD’s Ecclesiastic Private Arbitration Committee and Board of Trustees will make every good-faith attempt to resolve any and all disputes that may arise.
2.12 It cannot be stated strongly enough, that all parties signing this Private, ecclesiastic Agreement by virtue of pact, covenant, allegiance, Agreement and oath taken, have formed a legal and binding Contract. These Terms & Conditions and consent embody and acknowledge all that is sacred to that oath and binding as No entity can infringe Contract.

3. OBLIGATIONS OF UNIFYD SOCIAL

3.1 Monitor Traffic. UNIFYD SOCIAL monitors and accounts for traffic to the site(s) as well New Member(s,) content of interest and other information.
3.2 Provide product reviews, services, links to services and content sites, instruction, counseling, coaching, tools and other spiritual advancement and physical/spiritual health related subjects and information, such as graphics, images, text, video or other materials and content provided to you for educational purposes only, on a free-of-charge basis.
3.3 WE HEREBY declare that this Association of Members’ objective is to allow the Private Membership Association founders and all Private Membership Association Members with a platform(s) in which to conduct all manner of Private business with the Association and with other Associations and Association Members, keeping all business in the Private Domain and utilizing the protections guaranteed by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), the Constitution to conduct business in Private and to provide a platform(s) for Members to conduct business in the Private Domain under all protections acknowledged and guaranteed by the Constitution of the UNITED STATES, and any previous protections guaranteed.
3.4 WE HEREBY declare that this Agreement is based on the freedoms and rights inherent in the common law and constitutional law of the Republic of the United States of America. All references in this document to the United States refer to the Continental United States of America in its original context as set forth in the Constitution for the United States, the Bill of Rights and the state constitutions of the several sovereign States comprising the union of the United States of America and created under the common law of Contracts, and as such, no entity can infringe Contract.
3.5 WE HEREBY declare that we believe in and abide by, the Holy Scriptures, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), the Constitution of the United States of America, the various constitutions of the several states of the union, and the Charter of Rights of Canada guarantees our Members the rights of absolute freedom of religion, free speech, petition, assembly, and the right to gather together for the lawful purpose of helping one another in asserting our rights protected by those Constitutions, Charter and Statutes, in addition to the rights to be free from unreasonable search and seizure, the right to not incriminate ourselves, and the right to freely exercise all other unalienable rights as granted by our Creator, our almighty God and guaranteed by those Constitutions, Charter, and Statutes.
3.6 WE HEREBY declare, agree and consent that by entering the Contract Agreement, UNIFYD WORLD’s UNIFYD SOCIAL program is exercising our right of “freedom of association” as guaranteed by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), the U.S. Constitution and equivalent provisions of the various State Constitutions, as well as the Charter of Rights of Canada. This means that our Association activities are restricted to the Private Domain and Ecclesiastic Jurisdiction only and outside of the Jurisdiction of government entities, agencies, officers, agents, Contractors, and other representatives as provided by law.
3.7 WE HEREBY declare the basic right of all of our Members to decide for themselves which Association Members could be expected to give wise counsel and advice concerning all matters including, but not limited to physical, spiritual, and mental health care assistance, law, and any other matter and to accept from those Members any and all counsel, advice, tips, whom we feel are able to properly advise and assist us.
3.8 WE HEREBY declare the freedom to choose and perform for ourselves, without duress and coercion, the types of therapies and treatments that we think best for diagnosing, treating and preventing illness and disease and for achieving and maintaining our optimum wellness, as well as the freedom to choose for ourselves any types of assistance which may be made regarding law and any other Private business activity.
3.9 WE HEREBY declare that the mission of this Association is to provide Members with a forum for education and to conduct business between Members in the Private Domain with the protections guaranteed within the aforesaid Constitution and Charter remaining fully intact.
3.10 WE HEREBY declare that the Association will recognize any person(s), irrespective of race, color, gender, or religion or nationality, who have joined this Association or any social media group organized, created, or managed by this Association and is in Agreement with these principles and policies as a Member of this Association, providing said person has not been sanctioned, exercised, or otherwise banned by the association, and will provide a medium through which its individual Members may associate for actuating and bringing to fruition the purposes heretofore declared.

4. REMUNERATION

4.1 UNIFYD SOCIAL’s Membership is inherently free of any remuneration or donational requirement for Membership.

5. LIMITS ON UNIFYD SOCIAL LIABILITY

5.1 Service Warranty. UNIFYD SOCIAL cannot warrant or guarantee the performance of UNIFYD SOCIAL’s service, platform(s) or the links to any linked website(s.)
5.2 UNIFYD SOCIAL or UNIFYD WORLD cannot be held liable for costs or damages incurred by the Member arising out of this Agreement unless caused directly by the negligence of UNIFYD SOCIAL in providing its service.
5.3 We declare that access to UNIFYD WORLD, UNIFYD SOCIAL and any of its groups may be terminated by the association Board of Trustees or their designee, at any time, should they conclude that a specific Member is interacting with them or any other Members in a way that is contrary or detrimental to the focus, principles, and betterment of this Association.
5.4 If any provision of this Agreement or any portion of such provision shall be held invalid or unenforceable by a Tribunal of competent Jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect, and the provisions or portion thereof affected by such holding shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary so that it is enforceable to the maximum extent permissible. The language in all parts of this Agreement shall be construed, in all cases, according to its fair meaning, and not for or against any Party hereto.
5.5 The Parties acknowledges that each Party has been given the opportunity to review and revise this Agreement and that the rule of construction to the effect that any ambiguities are to be resolved against the drafting Party shall not be employed in the interpretation of this Agreement.
5.6 UNIFYD SOCIAL and/or UNIFYD WORLD’s shall bear no legal liability for any of the business activities, conduct, or operations of UNIFYD SOCIAL’s Member(s,) and any and all conflict, whether internal or external, shall be first and foremost arbitrated by an appointed Private Arbitration Committee by UNIFYD WORLD, which shall be solely formed by specially appointed trustees, before other Jurisdictions or Arbitration bodies foreign to these entities are involved, failure to do so will result in Private administrative remedies (fines,) complete liability toward the violating party and compensation for damages accrued as well as expelling from the organization and Membership program.
5.7 Resolution of disagreements, lawsuits or disputes between individuals, organizations, Member(s,) and trustees, must be done solely by a UNIFYD WORLD’s appointed Private Arbitration Committee and resolved by Private administrative remedy only, done through an impartial and confidential process and shall not include any foreign Arbitration body but only be resolved by UNIFYD WORLD’s governing Board of Trustees in conflict resolutions. Failure to do so will result in termination of Membership, termination of association, liability for damages accrued and violations to 1st, 4th, 5th, 6th, 9th and 14th amendments of the United States Constitution, Contract laws, Ecclesiastic laws, Federal and International laws, Intellectual Property laws, Trust laws, and Treaty laws, with their appropriate consequences and fines to be resolved by Private administrative remedy.
5.8 No consent or waiver, express or implied, by any Party to or of any breach or default by another Party in the performance of any obligation hereunder shall be deemed or construed to be a consent or waiver to or of any other breach or default in the performance of the same or any other obligation hereunder. Failure on the part of any Party to complain of any act or failure to act of the other Party or to declare the other Party in default, irrespective of how long such failure continues, shall not constitute a waiver of such non-defaulting Party of its rights hereunder. No waiver shall be effective unless in writing and signed by the Party granting such waiver.
5.9 Once these Terms & Conditions and consent is signed and affirmed by a Private Member(s,) said document constitutes a Contract between UNIFYD WORLD and the individual Member/organization and as such, no Member of the UNIFYD WORLD shall under any circumstances, nor for any reason, abolish or annul the terms of said binding, absolute, inviolable right. Neither do any other parties, beings, entities, governments, corporations sole, corporations aggregate, nor any legal persons of any kind whatsoever, possess Ethical and lawful authority for interfering in the relationship between any Member(s) of the UNIFYD WORLD and the organization itself or any of the activities inherent to UNIFYD SOCIAL and/or UNIFYD WORLD in accord to this declaration and the prohibition against impairing the obligation of Contracts.
5.10 The sovereign authority and capacity of UNIFYD SOCIAL and UNIFYD WORLD and each of its Members affirming the existence and establishment of UNIFYD WORLD as an unincorporated, Private 508 (c)(1)(a) Faith Based Organization, Church/Temple, Private Membership and Ministerial Association is nunc pro tunc in full force and effect. Said Private Covenant is thus inviolable and shall not be annulled or abolished in any manner by anyone, on unilateral action, presumption, consensus, and or decree,
5.11 Based on research of complaint, UNIFYD SOCIAL and UNIFYD WORLD reserves the right and privilege to modify the existing bylaw language or changes to existing processes.
5.12 By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, the Member(s) consents to the following medical disclaimer and shall pursue no litigation or grief against UNIFYD SOCIAL, UNIFYD WORLD or any of its services: The UNIFYD SOCIAL Sites, Platform(s) and Services may offer products, services, instruction, counseling, coaching, tools, health, spirituality, fitness, nutrition and other health related subjects and information, such as graphics, images, text, video or other materials and content provided to you by the UNIFYD SOCIAL Sites and Services provide is designed for non-commercial, reference and informational purposes only. You should not rely on this information as a substitute for, nor does it replace professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment(s.) If you have any concerns or questions about your health or the content on the sites or services, you should always consult with a physician or other health-care professional(s.) Do not disregards, avoid or delay obtaining medical or health related advice from your health-care professional because of something that you may have read or listened to on this site or thought any of UNIFYD WORLD’s services. The use of any information provided on the sites or through any of UNIFYD WORLD’s services is solely taken at your own risk and shall not hold UNIFYD WORLD and any of its services liable.
5.13 By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, the Private Member(s) consents to the understanding that nothing stated or posted on the sites or available through any services provided by UNIFYD WORLD is intended to be, and must not be taken to be, the practice of medicine. For the purposes of this Agreement, the practice of medicine includes without limitation, psychiatry, psychology, psychotherapy, pharmacology, nutrition and fitness or providing health care treatment, instructions, diagnosis, prognosis or advice. Developments in medical research may impact the health, fitness, spirituality and nutritional topics discussed in the UNIFYD SOCIAL sites or throughout UNIFYD WORLD’s services and no assurance can be given that the information contained in the UNIFYD SOCIAL sites or throughout UNIFYD WORLD’s services will always include the most recent findings or developments with respect to the particular material. Your access or use of the UNIFYD SOCIAL sites or throughout UNIFYD WORLD’s services does not create in any way, shape or form a physician/patient, confidential or privileged relationship, or any other relationship that would give rise to any duties on behalf of UNIFYD SOCIAL or throughout UNIFYD WORLD’s services or any of our licensors, Member(s) or visitor to the site(s) and platform(s).
5.14 It is agreed upon and understood that UNIFYD SOCIAL and all the UNIFYD WORLD’s services are not intended to replace a consultation with an appropriately qualified medical practitioner. Neither UNIFYD SOCIAL and all the UNIFYD WORLD’s services or any of its Member(s) can accept responsibility for any loss, damage or injury that arises from the use of the UNIFYD SOCIAL Website and all the UNIFYD WORLD’s services Moreover, it is agreed and understood that UNIFYD SOCIAL, UNIFYD WORLD’s services or any of its Member(s) do not recommend or endorse any specific tests, physicians, clinics, procedures, opinions, products or other information that may appear on the UNIFYD SOCIAL sites or throughout UNIFYD WORLD’s services. If you rely on any of the information provided by UNIFYD SOCIAL sites or throughout UNIFYD WORLD’s services, our Member(s) to the UNIFYD SOCIAL sites or throughout UNIFYD WORLD’s services, you do solely at your own risk and under informed consent.
5.15 It is agreed upon and understood that UNIFYD SOCIAL and all the UNIFYD WORLD’s services and/or individuals in Leadership or managing UNIFYD SOCIAL platform(s) or any UNIFYD WORLD services shall not be held liable in any way, shape or form regarding any scams that unrelated individuals may resort and/or use the platform(s) for, for any bots or artificial intelligence that may promote, incite or control scams and/or undesirable interactions or the use and trafficking of personal and Private information, viruses or any negative interactions and/or any negative consequences that may arise from any connection(s) obtained through the UNIFYD SOCIAL platform(s) or any UNIFYD WORLD services.
5.16 In the event that any individual)s,) organizations or Artificial Intelligence shall breach the good will conditions of this Agreement, and/or intents to defraud UNIFYD SOCIAL or UNIFYD WORLD’s services via a scam operation, malfeasance, malice, deceiving activities, installation of bots, material and links that may be perilous and/or detrimental to UNIFYD SOCIAL or UNIFYD WORLD’s services or individuals related to said services, which may entail but are not limited to viruses, scams, child pornography, human trafficking, lewd and lascivious language, imagery and behavior, entrapment or lies intended to tarnish UNIFYD SOCIAL or UNIFYD WORLD’s services and governing bodies, said individual and/or organization shall be fined, prosecuted and shall be financially liable to Private administrative remedy of any amount that the Board of Trustees establishes. However, said amount shall not be less than One Hundred Million USD ($100,000,000 USD.)

6. OPERATIONS.

6.1 These bylaws shall outline and define various terms used in operation of UNIFYD SOCIAL and UNIFYD WORLD and its Member(s) as Private, spiritual individuals and/or organizations in the service of the creator and to which every Member agrees to abide by signing these Terms & Conditions.
6.2 UNIFYD SOCIAL and UNIFYD WORLD, recognizes any interaction as a church service which is between one or more participants or spiritual participants which has as its purpose the performance of UNIFYD SOCIAL and UNIFYD WORLD’s Member’s duties as described in these Terms & Conditions.
6.3 Whenever a sharing of information provided on any of UNIFYD SOCIAL’s platform(s) is performed by UNIFYD SOCIAL, UNIFYD WORLD and/or a Member/subordinate organizations or individuals, they must abide by the Bylaws and Code of ethics set forth by UNIFYD SOCIAL and UNIFYD WORLD and operate in accordance with these Bylaws and Code of ethics as defined below:

A. All UNIFYD SOCIAL and UNIFY WORLD Members shall strive for the highest standards of competence in their work and activities. They should be able to recognize the boundaries of their competencies and the limitations of their preparation and expertise. They should provide only the services they are qualified for by education, training, experience or expertise. UNIFYD SOCIAL and UNIFYD WORLD Member(s) must be cognizant of the fact that these competencies, which are required to be present in serving, teaching, counseling and otherwise any ministering to groups of people can vary with the different distinctive characteristics of said groups. UNIFYD SOCIAL and UNIFY WORLD Member(s) must act properly and appropriately to benefit those with whom they work. They must research and maintain knowledge of relevant spiritual and professional information related to counseling, ministering and all the services they render. Member(s) must make appropriate use of spiritual, professional, technical and administrative resources. UNIFYD SOCIAL and UNIFY WORLD Member(s) must seek to promote integrity in spiritual practice and counseling. UNIFYD SOCIAL and UNIFY WORLD Member(s) are honest, fair and respectful of others and their beliefs and circumstances. In addition, when describing or reporting their qualifications, services, products and fees, they must not make statements that are false, misleading or deceiving. More importantly, UNIFYD SOCIAL and UNIFY WORLD Member(s) must strive for complete awareness of their belief system, values, needs and limitations and the effect that these may have on their work. Furthermore, they should, to a feasible extent, attempt to clarify as much as possible to any relevant parties or individuals, the roles that they are or will be performing and they must function appropriately and in full accordance with such roles UNIFYD SOCIAL and UNIFY WORLD Member(s) must make ongoing and sincere efforts to maintain competency in the skills they use and master. UNIFYD SOCIAL and UNIFY WORLD Member(s) who are concerned about the Ethical compliance of their colleagues’ spiritual and professional conduct and when appropriate, they can consult with other colleagues or the governing body in order to prevent and/or avoid Unethical conduct(s).
B. UNIFYD SOCIAL and UNIFY WORLD Member(s) accord appropriate respects to the fundamental rights, dignity, and worth of all people. They respect the rights of individuals to privacy, confidentiality, self-determination and autonomy. UNIFYD SOCIAL and UNIFY WORLD ’s Member(s) are aware of cultural, individual, and role differences, including those due to age, gender, race, ethnicity, country origin, religion, sexual orientation, disability (ies), language and socio-economic status. UNIFYD SOCIAL and UNIFY WORLD ’s Member(s) try to eliminate the effect on their work biased based on those factors, and they do not knowingly participate in or condone unfair discriminatory practices. UNIFYD WORLD Ministers, Member(s) comply with the law and encourage the development of law and social policy that serve the word of God. UNIFYD SOCIAL and UNIFY WORLD ’s Member(s) do not knowingly engage in behavior that is harassing or demeaning to persons with whom they interact in their work based on factors such as those person’s age, gender, race, ethnicity, country origin, religion, sexual orientation, disability (ies), language and socio-economic status.
C. UNIFYD SOCIAL and UNIFY WORLD ’s Member(s) have a primary obligation and take reasonable precautions to respect the confidentiality rights of those with whom they work or consult. UNIFYD SOCIAL and UNIFYD WORLD, recognizes that Member(s) in united states having privileged communication statutes who are acting in their professional clerical capacity as spiritual advisor cannot be forced to reveal the content of confidential communications to any outside party including a court of law. The UNIFYD WORLD, holds individual Ministers/Members responsible for determining if their states of residence have privileged communication statutes, and for keeping themselves informed of other relevant state and local statues.
D. All data, communications and findings pertinent to any and all aspects of this Private Membership, to the UNIFYD SOCIAL and UNIFYD WORLD are proprietary, privileged, confidential and intellectually protected, and as such it is understood and acknowledged that they cannot and will not be released to any party, including third parties under any circumstances, whether by duress, coercion or any “instrument” used to procure them. They are protected under the First, Sixth and Fourteenth Amendment protections of the United States Constitution, the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, the United Nations Declaration of Human Rights and Ecclesiastic law, Trust law, Civil law, Treaty law, Federal and International law but most importantly Divine law in God’s word.
E. When a UNIFYD SOCIAL and UNIFY WORLD ’s Member(s) is uncertain whether a particular situation or course of action would violate this Ethics Code or presents any other grievance, whether internal or external, the Member(s) should always refer to the Private Arbitration Committee for the Trust for Private administrative resolution, before recurring to any other Arbitration body. Thus, they will abide to the resolutions determined by the Board of Trustees and the Private Arbitration Committee of UNIFYD WORLD.
F. When a UNIFYD SOCIAL and UNIFY WORLD’s Member(s) believe that there may have been an Ethical violation by another minister, they may attempt to resolve the issue by bringing it to the attention of that individual if an informal resolution appears appropriate and the intervention does not violate any confidentiality rights may be involved.
G. However, if an apparent Ethical violation, grievance or violation is not resolved properly in that fashion, UNIFYD SOCIAL and UNIFY WORLD ’s Member(s) must take further action that is appropriate to the situation. They must refer the situation to UNIFYD WORLD’s Private Arbitration Committee to be resolved solely by the Trust and no other foreign Arbitration body should be involved without the Committee’s approval in writing as every Member of UNIFYD WORLD and its services is bound to the Non-Disclosure and Non-Competing Agreement and confidentiality clauses in the Terms & Conditions when they request and achieve Membership through UNIFYD SOCIAL. UNIFYD WORLD shall have final say in defining and enforcing Ethical Code concepts and may terminate ministerial status, Membership or access to the UNIFYD SOCIAL website(s) and platform(s) for individuals found to be engaging in Ethical violations and Member(s) shall abide by said final say. The same shall be applied to all types of grievances and violations regardless of nature pertaining to UNIFYD SOCIAL and UNIFYD WORLD Services. UNIFYD SOCIAL and UNIFY WORLD ’s Member(s) do not file or encourage the filing of ethics complaints or all kinds of complaints that are frivolous, malicious, and are intended to harm the respondent, whether this be an individual or organization, rather than to protect those spiritually served. UNIFYD SOCIAL and UNIFY WORLD ’s Member(s) will cooperate in ethics, grievances and violations’ investigations, proceedings and resulting requirements of UNIFYD WORLD. In doing so, they may make reasonable efforts to resolve any issues via UNIFYD WORLD’s Private Arbitration Committee.
H. Failure to cooperate and to arbitrate solely with UNIFYD Private Arbitration Committee is in itself an ethics violation. All resolutions and remedies shall be Private administrative remedies.
I. Any persons taking part in Membership, Church/Temple, chapter, health mission, health centers, scientific and/or spiritual counseling research center’s service, who are not UNIFYD WORLD clergy, regardless of their relationship or affiliation to UNIFYD SOCIAL or UNIFYD WORLD, shall be deemed bound to the purpose of complying with the Non-Disclosure, Non-Competing and Non-Soliciting policies of this organization and shall be vetted and approved by the Board of Trustees only, and shall be required to sign the respective Terms & Conditions in order to gain access to these services.

7. PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY

7.1 By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, the Member(s) agrees, and consents to voluntarily be bound as Member(s) of UNIFYD SOCIAL and UNIFYD WORLD’s Non-Disclosure, Non-Competing and Non-Soliciting Agreement and confidentiality clauses in the Terms & Conditions when they request and achieve Membership as dictated in the UNIFYD WORLD’s Bylaws regarding the confidentiality and limitations that said position as Member(s) of the association entails.
7.2 By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, I, the Member(s) voluntarily agree and consent that any activities within The Association are a Private Contractual matter that they’ll refuse to share with the Local, State, or Federal investigative or enforcement agencies nunc pro tunc. I, as a Member fully agree not to pursue any course of legal action against a fellow Member(s,) Leadership or staff of The Association, unless that Member(s) has exposed me to a clear and present danger of substantive evil, and upon the recommendation and approval of the Association’s Private ecclesiastic Private Arbitration Committee.
7.3 All Confidential Information shall also include any inventions, protocols, files and documents. Any and all additions, advancements or modifications to these Terms & Conditions shall be fully and exclusively (100%) owned by UNIFYD SOCIAL and UNIFYD WORLD. All research data, communications and findings pertinent to any and all aspects of the Private Membership association relationship which is entered into this Agreement and covenant are proprietary, privileged and confidential, intellectually protected, belonging to UNIFYD WORLD and its joint ventures and as such it is understood and acknowledged that they cannot and will not be released to any party, including third parties under any circumstances, whether by duress, coercion or any “instrument” used to procure them. They utilize the protections guaranteed by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, Common Law, Trust Law, God’s law, Contract law, the Constitution of the United States of America, under the 1st, 4th, 5th, 6th, 9th and 14th amendments, the United Nations Charter of Rights, and section 501(c)(3) and 508(c)(1)(a) of title 26 of the United States Internal Revenue Service’s Code and Ecclesiasticum law as a Private Faith Based Organization, in order to conduct operations in the Private and ecclesiastic Domain, remaining outside of the public Jurisdiction of regulation imposed upon by government entities and Public Law.
7.4 All activities performed within UNIFYD SOCIAL and UNIFYD WORLD services, shall be of Private Contractual matter that shall not be shared or distributed under coercion or duress with Local, State, or Federal investigative or enforcement agencies.
7.5 Member(s) for UNIFYD SOCIAL, and UNIFYD WORLD’s services shall fully agree that they shall hold UNIFYD SOCIAL and UNIFYD WORLD harmless and that they will not pursue any course of legal action in the public Domain or court against a fellow Member of UNIFYD SOCIAL, UNIFYD WORLD or any of its services, Leadership and staff, unless that Member(s), whether as an individual or an organization has breached confidentiality resulting in the exposure of that Member to clear and present danger of substantive evil, and shall only act in this matter after taking the issue with the Private Arbitration Committee appointed by the Board of Trustees in search of Private Administrative remedy.
7.6 The Member(s) hereby assigns to UNIFYD SOCIAL and UNIFYD WORLD all of the Member(s)’s rights, titles, and interests, including all rights of copyright, patent and other intellectual property rights, to or in such circumstances. idea, change, technique, process or improvement to the UNIFYD SOCIAL and UNIFYD WORLD services approved research, any design, work of authorship (whether or not copyright protection may be obtain for it), including without limitation, inventions, trade secrets, technical information, know-how; plans, specifications; methods or operation; financial and marketing information created, conceived or developed that is in any way based upon or uses any Confidential Information of the UNIFYD SOCIAL platform(s) and/or UNIFYD WORLD services or its Affiliates; the identity of the Members of these ecclesiastic and Private Membership and association research entities, research records and all other Confidential Information as defined herein shall remain confidential under penalty of fines and liability liable for a Private administrative remedy to any amount that the UNIFYD SOCIAL and UNIFYD WORLD’s Private Board of Trustees deem fair and necessary. However, said amount shall not be less than twenty-five million USD ($25,000,000 USD.)
7.7 This covenant and all UNIFYD SOCIAL and/or UNIFYD WORLD’s business are to be kept Private, protected by the Privacy Act of 1974, 5 U.S.C. 552(a), the 4th, 5th, 6th, 9th and 14th Amendments to the Constitution for the United States of America, and the Common Law privacy rights available in the United States of America and every other applicable Jurisdiction. The format, methodology, structure and composition of this and any other related document is proprietary and is Trust intellectual property. In the event that any individual shall breach the privacy condition of this Agreement, said individual shall be fined and shall be financially liable for a Private administrative remedy to any amount that the UNIFYD SOCIAL and UNIFYD WORLD’s Private Board of Trustees deem fair and necessary. However, said amount shall not be less than twenty-five million USD ($25,000,000 USD.)
7.8 In addition, each Party agrees that it will not disclose, and it will direct its Representatives (as hereinafter defined) not to disclose to any person the existence of the Agreement and Contract transaction, and any of the terms, conditions or other facts with respect to any such Agreement and Contract transaction or the status thereof without the prior written consent of the Private Ecclesiastic Committee of UNIFYD SOCIAL and UNIFYD WORLD entities. Further, the Parties agree that they will not, and will direct their Representatives not to, make any statement or any public announcement or any release or disclosure to trade publications or to any newspaper television station or any other media outlets with respect to such Transaction. “Representative shall be defined to be the Party’s representatives and shall include a Party’s present and future Member(s,) shareholder(s,) manager(s,) officer(s,) director(s,) contractor(s,) employee(s,) attorney(s,) accountant(s,) financial advisor(s,) agent(s,) and any other representative(s.)

8. ATTESTATIONS AND AFFIRMATIONS

8.1 By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, I, the Member(s) of UNIFYD SOCIAL agree and consent to enter into this Agreement of my own free will without any pressure or coercion. I affirm that I do not represent any Local, State or Federal agency whose purpose is to regulate and approve products or services, or to carry out any mission of enforcement, entrapment or investigation under penalty of perjury and that I agree that if this statement is not truthful, I shall be fined and shall be financially liable for a Private administrative remedy to any amount that the UNIFYD SOCIAL, UNIFYD WORLD and its services’ Private Board of Trustees deem fair and necessary. However, said amount shall not be less than twenty-five million USD ($25,000,000 USD.)
8.2 I affirm and attest that I, the Member(s) of UNIFYD SOCIAL have read and understood this document, and my questions have been answered fully to my satisfaction. I understand that I can withdraw from this Agreement and terminate my Membership in this association at any time, however, I shall remain bound in perpetuity within the constraints of the Non-Disclosure and Non-Competing Agreement that these Terms & Conditions entail, regardless of the termination of my Membership and that my Membership can and will be revoked if I engage in abusive, violent, menacing, destructive or harassing behavior towards any other Member(s) of UNIFYD SOCIAL and any other of UNIFYD WORLD’s services. These pages consist of the entire Agreement for my consent towards the Terms & Conditions of UNIFYD WORLD.
8.3 By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, I, the Member(s) of UNIFYD SOCIAL agree and consent that I have entered into Contract with UNIFYD WORLD on the date of my joining UNIFYD SOCIAL sites and platform(s) and will abide by the Terms & Conditions and bylaws set forth by UNIFYD WORLD. I affirm and attest that by joining this Association and/or the Associations website(s) and/or social media group(s), I have carefully read the whole of this document and I understand, consent, affirm and attest that I understand that no entity can infringe Contract.
